Dieses Band wird Sch\u00e4lband genannt, da es hergestellt wird, indem d\u00fcnne Schichten von einem Produkt \u2013 in diesem Fall PTFE \u2013 abgesch\u00e4lt werden. PTFE wird in eine Form gepresst, die als Rohling bezeichnet wird. Sobald ein Rohling hergestellt wurde, kann dieser in einen gro\u00dfen zylindrischen Block geformt werden. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Dieser zylindrische Block wird dann um seine eigene Achse gedreht, w\u00e4hrend eine feste Klinge auf seiner Oberfl\u00e4che angebracht wird, um ununterbrochen eine d\u00fcnne Folie abzusch\u00e4len.<\/span><\/p>

Sobald die Folie von dem Rohling abgesch\u00e4lt wurde, muss sie chemisch behandelt oder ange\u00e4tzt werden. Beim \u00c4tzprozess werden die Fluoratome aus dem PTFE entfernt, um eine Natriumoberfl\u00e4che zu schaffen. <\/span><\/p>

Diese Oberfl\u00e4che ist nun f\u00fcr die Aufbringung von Klebestoffen vorbereitet, welche darauf haften und so das PTFE-Sch\u00e4lband ergeben. Der am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Klebstoff ist eine Silikonart, die einen Temperaturbereich zwischen 73 Grad Celsius und +260 Grad Celsius erm\u00f6glicht.<\/span><\/p>

Gesch\u00e4ltes PTFE kann auch gegen\u00fcber PTFE-beschichtetem Glasfasergewebe vorgezogen werden, wenn Formanpassungsf\u00e4higkeit um unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Formen gefordert ist. <\/span><\/p>

Ein weiterer Vorteil gegen\u00fcber dem Klebeband aus Glasfasergewebe ist, dass dieses Klebeband zu 100 % aus PTFE besteht; ein Material, das viel l\u00e4nger h\u00e4lt als eine relativ d\u00fcnne Schicht PTFE auf Glasfasergewebe, welche viel schneller abnutzen kann, wodurch das Klebeband viel schneller ausgetauscht werden muss. Glasfasergewebeb\u00e4nder haben jedoch andere Vorteile gegen\u00fcber PTFE-Sch\u00e4lb\u00e4ndern, deshalb muss die Wahl sorgf\u00e4ltig abh\u00e4ngig von der Anwendung getroffen werden.<\/span><\/p>

Techbelt hat vier Dicken auf Lager: 0,08 mm, 0,13 mm, 0,25 mm und 0,5 mm. Die vier G\u00fcten sind alle in der Breite 1000 mm und L\u00e4nge 30 m aufgerollt und k\u00f6nnen auf eine Breite zwischen 10 mm und 1000 mm aufgetrennt werden.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
