Printing machine dryer belts are made from high temperature resistant materials with non-stick properties. Printing machines are used for printing on a large range of textiles covering many different applications.
These can range from printing on garments, bed sheeting, and curtains. Regardless of the material the printing process is the same.
There are three styles of machine designs that have dryers. This includes, flat bed printing machines, rotary printing machines and ink jet printing machines.
Once the textile fabrics have been printed on, the ink needs to be dried. The fabric is then conveyed through a dryer in order to remove any moisture to be evaporated from the inks.
There are a few methods heating the dryers and these are determined by the dryer manufacturer. They can be gas, oil or steam heated.
All printing machines and dryers do not work at the same temperatures. Other companies tend can offer other belts such as polyester belts, PPS Belts, Nomex Belts and Aramid Kevlar Belts.
