Our belts are manufactured from high-quality material and fit a wide range of baler machines such as Claas, Vicon, Massey Ferguson, and Welger.

We can also offer, by special order, belts for John Deere baler machines as well as New Holland machines like the 640 and 650, which can be supplied with truly endless belts.

DRYER BELTS

Mesh Belt

A Techbelt best seller, we offer a wide range of belts to suit ovens and curing units. All our belts are custom-designed in-house and produced by our engineering team, ensuring you get the exact size you need.

The main material used for these dryer belts is PTFE coated open mesh. Depending on the type of dryer they are fitted to, we can specify either standard brown or anti-static black versions. Our PTFE dryer belts operate at 500°F and work with UV, IR, and hot air dryer methods.

ANTI-STATIC FUSING BELTS

Fusing Belts

PTFE coated conveyor belts are the preferred choice for machine manufacturers of fusing, laminating, or powder coating lines.

The materials being laminated are covered with a heat-activated adhesive, making the PTFE belt an excellent choice due to its non-stick properties.

Additionally, the belts are well-suited to handle the rapid temperature changes experienced during the process, as they can withstand both high and low temperatures immediately after each other.

POLYESTER MESH BELTS

monofilament mesh polyester

Polyester monofilament process conveyor belting is available in a wide variety of yarn thicknesses and apertures. Polyester mesh is used as a carrier belt for drying in the printing and textile industry and as dewatering belts for fruits and vegetables in the food industry.

This belting has excellent chemical and thermal resistance, along with high permeability for ease of cleaning. It has a working temperature range of +300°F to -100°F in dry conditions and up to 160°F in wet conditions. The nature of polyester belting offers a very durable, long-lasting medium for extended life. Strong polyester fibers provide excellent stability.

PTFE MESH BELTS

RADICURE D™ Electric Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer belts

Used in applications such as drying printed products like point-of-display stands, T-shirts, glass, and mass-produced paper prints, PTFE open mesh belting is ideally suited for conveying products within highly efficient air distribution systems, optimizing moisture removal.

The PTFE open mesh conveyor belting is lightweight and energy-efficient, making it economical to operate. It is easy to handle and less expensive than wire alternatives, which can be difficult to replace. The material properties also provide excellent temperature resistance.

PTFE SEALER BELTS

Packaging Belts

Companies manufacturing packets of biscuits or toilet rolls typically use these belts to seal the ends of the packets.

PTFE sealer belts are ideal for applications requiring thermal transfer through the belt surface to seal plastic materials. The premium-grade PTFE used to manufacture these belts has a non-stick, high-temperature-resistant surface that prevents any molten plastics from building up on the belt’s surface.

PTFE BAG SEALING BELTS

Heat Sealing Bands

These belts are ideally suited for applications where thermal transfer through the belt surface is necessary to seal plastic bags.

High-volume bag manufacturing systems often utilize these belts running as a pair to create a clamping effect on the bag.

Featuring a non-stick PTFE surface, these belts are temperature-resistant up to 500°F (260°C). They are very lightweight and energy-efficient, ensuring economical operation.

PU & CONVEYOR BELTS

Polyurethane and PVC conveyor belting find applications in almost all types of environments where items ranging from delicate food products and thin paper to heavy boxes and packaging need conveying from one area to another.

Conveyor belts and drive belts play a significant role in the manufacturing and distribution of products across industries such as food, tobacco, and logistics, among others.

Your specific requirements will dictate the specifications of the belt design you’ll need.

MODULAR BELTS

Modular Conveyor belts

Modular belts are becoming more commonplace in a number of environments due to its durability and multi-functional properties.

Modular belting can be used to convey a multitude of products including bakery goods, wood, glass, raw materials, seafood, poultry and produce; because of its temperature range it can also be used for cooling and drainage.

Belt compounds are also available to enhance a wide range of belt properties that include diffusing static electricity build up, preventing freezing, increasing heat resistance, and increasing or reducing friction.

TECH-GRIP

Tech-Grip roller coverings are versatile solutions suitable for any conveyor requiring a friction surface to enhance the application.

They can be utilized to provide additional drive on conveyor belts or simply as a friction surface to facilitate the smooth flow of products or materials.

Thanks to its material properties, Tech-Grip roller coverings offer wide operating temperature ranges along with superior mechanical grip. The microcellular PVC sponge is particularly ideal for uneven fabrics like brocade fabrics due to its softer nature, preventing damage to delicate materials.

Featuring a non-stick PTFE surface, these coverings are temperature-resistant up to 500°F (260°C). They are lightweight and energy-efficient, ensuring economical operation.

FOOD PROCESS BELTS

PTFE Belting

High-temperature food-grade belts find applications in a wide range of industries, particularly in dough pressing applications like tortillas and oven conveying of naan and pita bread.

Additionally, depending on the belt grade, it can be utilized for meat processing, including chicken breast, burgers, and meatballs.

Our food-grade belts feature specially developed coatings that effectively prevent fat ingression and wicking. They are available in various sizes and colors to meet your specific needs.

DEWATERING BELTS

Salad and vegetable Dewatering Conveyor Belts

Polyester dewatering belts serve as carrier and transport belts in the food processing industry, commonly found in companies processing and washing vegetables and salads. These belts are available in two colors and typically feature a square aperture design, facilitating fast and efficient water drainage.

The material used in these belts offers excellent chemical and thermal resistance, as well as high permeability for ease of cleaning.

MESH BELT EDGING

Screen Print Belt Manufacturer

There are three types of mesh belt edgings available. Firstly, PTFE Film Edging encapsulates the edge to prevent fraying and provide protection. The benefit of using film is its soft nature, allowing it to stretch with the belt under tension.

Secondly, we offer PTFE Glass Cloth, which is a sturdier option compared to film. It’s particularly useful when a tracking arm is used to detect the edge of the belt upon contact.

Lastly, there’s PTFE Coated Kevlar, the most durable option among the edging types. It’s ideal for situations where the belt’s edge will interact with tracking aids. Additionally, it’s a suitable choice when considering the use of tracking studs or cord on the belt.

MESH BELT JOINTS

Example of a cover joint Belt Joint with cover applied

We offer a range of belt joints including alligator, butt, castellated, clipper, cover, finger, overlap, scarfed, and spade joints. These joints come in various sizes and offer different capabilities to suit your specific needs.

MESH BELT TRACKING AIDS

These tracking aids are typically fixed to one edge of the conveyor belt, with the head of the dot running on the inside of the belt’s circumference.

We offer a variety of tracking aids and cords to help you choose the best option for your needs. Our selection includes film edging, Teflon edging, Teflon glass edging, tracking eyelets, tracking cord, and tracking studs.
