Techbelt has developed the PTFE architectural membrane welder to provide a user-friendly solution for welding the seams of PTFE & silicone coated materials specifically used as architecture tensile structures.
From working closely with our customers we have the ability to develop PTFE belt welders that can suit specific tortilla production lines or any other machine if required.
The PBW 2650 portable belt welder is designed to fuse and join together PTFE coated fabric conveyor belts up to 2650mm in width. The machine is easy to move and can be carried by two people into position.
We manufacture two sizes of PTFE coated fabric hand-held welders in two-platen lengths. The short size is 155mm long (HWI 155) and the longer version is 355mm long (HWI 355). Both widths of platens are 55mm.
