We want all our Customers to be happy with their purchases, below you can find details of our returns policy, however if you change your mind about your purchase then please return the unused goods to us with the original delivery note within 14 days and we will refund all your monies in full including packing and postage.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for parts we custom make. This includes any custom parts across our full range of products. Before your order is made our technical team will confirm with you, your required specification and pre-agree this to avoid any mistakes. It’s important at this stage to check the details of your order(s) to avoid any complications in the future.
Where goods received are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us but you have just changed your mind and you no longer want the goods, the return of the goods will be at your own cost.
