Techbelt manufactures PTFE dryer belts for a wide range of ovens and curing units. All belts are custom-designed and produced in-house at our 13,000-square-foot facility, equipped with specialist equipment built by our engineering team.
Material and Mesh Sizes: Our PTFE-coated open mesh is the primary material for these dryer belts. Mesh sizes vary from 0.04 inches to 0.24 inches, with 0.16 inches being the most common. We offer standard brown or anti-static black versions, depending on the dryer type.
Production Capabilities: We can manufacture belts up to 204 inches wide in our 0.16-inch open mesh size, accommodating all known machine widths on the market.
Innovative Edge Reinforcement: Introducing Tech-Pro CF20130, our patented conveyor belt edge reinforcement. This advanced PTFE laminate material is designed to last and resist cracking, a common issue with most dryer belts.
Fastener Types: We install various fasteners, including spiral Inox, peek, and Kevlar bullnose loops, providing strong joints and maximum airflow for efficient drying.
Operational Specifications: Our PTFE dryer belts operate at 500°F and are compatible with UV, IR, and hot air dryer methods.
Tracking Options: To ensure constant belt positioning within the dryer, we offer several tracking options fitted to the belt edges. These options, available in the form of studs and costs, can be specified during the design stage.
