Features & Benefits
Offered in blue and white versions, these belts typically feature a 2 mm (0.08 inches) square aperture for fast and efficient water drainage.
The belt edges are reinforced with either PU or PVC that encapsulates the yarns, preventing them from fraying and contaminating products.
Tracking guides can be installed on the inside face of the belt edges for easy tracking and are available either endless or with stainless steel fasteners for convenient fitting.
In inclined applications, flights can be added to prevent products from sliding back down the belts.
Material Properties
Excellent chemical, thermal, and high permeability for easy cleaning. Food approval: USFDA approved. Working temperature: +302°F to -103°F in dry conditions. Above 158°F in wet conditions (polyester may undergo hydrolysis in hot, humid conditions, especially in the presence of steam).
