Grip Top

The surface of a grip top conveyor belt provides superior friction levels. The base material is typically made from rigid polyester fabric, making the belt easy to weld or vulcanize. The surface is usually composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

We have a range of vulcanizing equipment, allowing us to join belts directly on-site if needed. Additionally, we use a special impression mat to ensure the belt texture continues through the joint. Many grip top belts are made endless with mechanical joints.

Grip Top Conveyor Belt Types

We commonly use Flexco RS125, RS62, or A36 versions. Grip top conveyor belts are generally green, though white versions are available by special order. These belts are ideal for applications carrying demanding loads, such as in farming and agriculture.
