The PBW 2650 portable belt welder is specifically designed to fuse and join PTFE-coated fabric conveyor belts up to 98.4 inches (2500mm) wide. Additionally, the machine is lightweight and portable, requiring just two people to move it into position.

• Versatile Applications: This welder can join PTFE belts used in various industries, such as machines that laminate and cure carpet tiles to rubber backings, which are typically 78.7 to 94.5 inches (2000 to 2400mm) wide.
• Ideal for Beverage Cans: Beverage can manufacturers benefit from this machine because it can create smooth joints on PTFE mesh belts used in curing lines, ensuring a seamless transition between belts and processes.
• Customizable Lengths: While the standard max weld length is 98.4 inches (2500mm), we can also manufacture welders in different lengths to meet specific requirements. For instance, a common alternative is the 43.3 inches (1100mm) model for narrower belts.
