Belt Patching Irons MODEL: PI – 75
The PTFE belt patching iron is perfect for bonding and welding small patches to conveyor belts that need quick repairs while still on the machine.
Round Diameter Head: Our most common stock version has a 3-inch (75mm) round diameter head. We can also supply pre-cut patches to suit if needed. Available in both 110V and 230V versions.
Handle Options: The standard handle is made of wood. For controlled food production environments where wood is not allowed, we offer a white nylon handle.
No Control Unit Needed: The iron automatically reaches its set temperature and can be left on safely all day, ready for use whenever needed.
Versatile Use: For conveyor belt producers, it can be used for tack welding PTFE conveyor belts together before final welding in our belt edging press, which can be viewed on our website.
Convenient Stand: A metal wire stand is attached, allowing the iron to be placed down and ready for use.
