Our PTFE belt edging press and welding press is designed for PTFE belt manufacturers who want to weld and reinforce the edges of PTFE conveyor belts. We have developed this machine over time, using it extensively in our own belt production.
Precision Platens: The platen design ensures a flat and accurate weld, accommodating the natural thermal expansion of aluminum, the material used for the platens. The standard platen length is 59 inches (1500mm), but we can provide shorter or longer lengths if needed.
Efficient Heating Elements: The press uses powerful heating elements for efficient heating with no heat loss during operation. Available in 110V or 230V as specified.
High-Quality Pneumatics: We use Festo pneumatic cylinders, known for their high quality and ability to withstand high temperatures.
Offset Platen Design: This allows for welding belt edges. The lower beam can swing out, making it easy to slide belts on and off the platens. This means the belt joint can be sealed on the press and easily removed.
User-Friendly Control Panel: Mounted on the machine, the control panel lets users set the top and bottom platen temperatures and weld time (the duration the platens are closed).
Safe Operation: The operation start is available in both a foot pedal format and a dual-button press for enhanced safety.
