• Remove the protective liner and wash the mat before initial use.
• Trim and cut the mat to fit your work surface if necessary.
• Place the silicone side down on your work surface to prevent slipping (wipe down the work surface first for best results).
• Wash by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher (top rack only).
• Avoid bending or folding the mat.
• Do not use the mat as a cutting surface.
• Do not exceed sustained temperatures over 500°F.
