PTFE Tortilla Belt Welder – Features

• Pneumatic Clamping Arm: The machine includes a pneumatically controlled clamping arm, ensuring the top and bottom beams remain securely in place during operation. This arm also adds a safety feature by preventing the machine from operating unless it is in the correct down position.
• Dual Push Button Control: The control panel features two push buttons on either side that must be pressed simultaneously to start the cycle, enhancing operational safety.
• Adjustable Frame Height: The frame’s height is adjustable using a bottle jack. We also offer a pneumatic format if preferred for easier height adjustments.
• Thermal Expansion Management: Our specific platen design accommodates the thermal expansion that occurs in the aluminum platens when they heat up to operational temperature, ensuring consistent performance.
