Our PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) Films at Techbelt boast an exceptionally high continuous service temperature of 500°F (260°C). PFA is a fluoropolymer resin known for its outstanding heat resistance and versatile applications.

Grades of PFA Films

We offer two grades of PFA films:

1. Welding Grade (PFA WG): Cost-effective, providing all essential mechanical, physical, and thermal properties. Typically, it offers about a 15% savings over premium grade.
2. Premium Grade (PFA PG): Known as virgin PFA, made with 100% PFA resin, and has a melt flow index (MFI) range of 1.5 – 2.5.

Specifications and Availability

• Rolls: Available at 12kg rolls with short lead times.
• Thicknesses: Standard thicknesses are 0.002 inches (0.05mm) and 0.005 inches (0.125mm).
• Widths: Standard widths are 48 inches (1220mm) and 60 inches (1524mm).
