Techbelt is a manufacturer of PTFE coated conveyor belts specifically designed to be used with tortilla press machines.
We can construct PTFE belts to fit your existing Lawrence tortilla press.
The non-stick conveyor belts we produce for Lawrence tortilla press machines are not genuine OEM parts but are aftermarket products that are made on a must fit basis. The conveyor belts we make are made using the highest quality materials available and offer high performance and long life.
All the PTFE belts we manufacture to fit Lawrence tortilla press equipment are hand cut and made in our facility in the UK. We take special care and attention to the accuracy of the cutting and the application of the indexing strips. The joint is made from enduring Aramid (often known as Kevlar) which allows the pin to easily be inserted for fast on site installation.
The material we use is a 2 ply material that offers good dimensional stability. The top surface has cast film laminated to it to create a physical grease barrier for extended life. This is the same as you would find from a OEM supplied product. Film laminated material can also be offered for this application.
