Techbelt manufactures specialist PTFE release sheets for photovoltaic vacuum laminating. We can offer a number of thicknesses and grades with the most common being 0.25mm and 0.35mm thick anti static black versions.

Depending of the customer preference, PTFE coated nonstick sheets are supplied with standard coatings as well as more premium grade versions that maybe finished with a high gloss, high protection PFA top coat.

A key feature of the end loops on the PTFE vacuum release sheet that accommodate a fixed bar type system is that they are internally lined with a PTFE coated Kevlar for added protection. This offers an extra later of defense against premature wear from the constant rotation of the drive bars. Our standard width option is 2600mm wide however if a specific width is required over this please discuss this with our technical sales team. We make PTFE release photovoltaic vacuum laminating sheets for all machine types.

Techbelt also makes stringer PTFE belts to suit Somont production lines and can accommodate this design for similar nonstick release belts on other machines types if required. These style of belts have specially punched holes that align with vacuums suction points and have anti slit friction strips down each edge to enable greater purchase when on the belt coveys the panels. Another feature of the perforated surface belts is that we manufacture them in a two ply laminate meaning the joint area is flat with non additional thickness at this area.
