PTFE Belt Welding Machine

In addition to manufacturing non stick conveyor belts, we also manufacture and design PTFE belt welding machines. We have manufactured a number of specific welders over the past few years for both our internal use and customer specific requests.

The framework of our machines can change depending on the application, however the main control function and the platen set up are virtually the same for all types.

We started by custom designing our own platen system to be as efficient as possible. Quick heat up times and reliability is required, along with the ability to maintain a set temperature through continued use.

The fact that Techbelt design and manufacture these machines in house, and use them day to day for our own production requirements, it means we are best placed to understand our customers needs.
