Techbelt manufactures conveyor belts from two facilities in West Yorkshire. Our specialist PTFE and technical belting operation is based in Elland; a dedicated PU and PVC belt manufacturing facility opened in Mytholmroyd in 2026. Both sites produce belts entirely in-house — to your dimensions, your specification, without intermediaries.
We supply food processing, packaging, agricultural, textile, pharmaceutical and industrial operations across the UK and internationally. On-site belt fitting is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

PU and PVC Conveyor Belts
Our Mytholmroyd facility manufactures polyurethane and PVC conveyor belts for food processing, logistics, packaging, printing and general industrial conveying. Variants include flat, grip-top, profiled and incline belts, along with belts fitted with flights, cleats and sidewalls. Joints are finished at the factory or completed on-site at your machine.
PTFE Conveyor Belts
We manufacture PTFE-coated glass fibre conveyor belting in-house at our Elland facility. Our PTFE belts provide non-stick, high-temperature performance to 260°C and are produced in standard and bespoke grades. Applications include heat sealing, fusing machine belts, bag sealing, food drying and packaging.
Open Mesh PTFE Belts
Where airflow, drainage or moisture escape is needed alongside high-temperature resistance, open mesh PTFE belts are the correct solution. Used in textile fusing, food and cereal drying, screen printing and industrial dryer applications. Available in multiple aperture sizes and widths.
Food Process Conveyor Belts
Belting for direct and indirect food contact applications — contact grilling, tortilla production, cereal and snack line drying, pasta steaming, and salad and vegetable washing. Our food process belts are manufactured from materials compliant with FDA and EU food contact regulations. Specify your application and we will advise the correct belt material and construction.
Round Baler Belts
Replacement round baler belts for all major agricultural brands — Claas, New Holland, John Deere, Krone, Kuhn, Welger and others. In-season stock levels are maintained to minimise downtime during hay and silage operations.
Modular Conveyor Belts
Plastic modular belting for washdown, accumulation and incline applications in food processing, meat and poultry handling, packaging and logistics. Modular belts can be repaired on-site without specialist tooling.
Polyester Mesh Belts
Polyester mesh conveyor belting for paper, board, tissue, nonwoven and industrial filtration and drying applications.

Fast dispatch — stock available for immediate supply Many belt types are held in stock and can be dispatched the same day. Where a belt needs to be manufactured to order, we will provide a lead time and keep to it. Stock is also held in the US and Canada for North American customers.

Belt Jointing and Splicing
The belt joint is a critical point in any conveyor system. A poorly finished joint causes vibration, premature belt failure and product damage. We finish joints at our West Yorkshire facilities before dispatch, or carry out on-site splicing at your production location. Available joint types include finger joints, wire hook fasteners and welded butt joints — selected to the belt material, load and running speed.
