We custom design and produce all our belts in house at our 13000 square feet facility with specialist equipment that has been built by our in house engineering team.
The main type of material that we use for these styles of dryer belts is a PTFE coated open mesh.
The mesh sizes vary from 1mm to 6 mm apertures with 4mm being our most common.
We can either specify standard brown or anti-static black versions, depending on the type of dryer they are being fitted too.
We have the facility to manufacture belts up to 5200mm wide in our 4mm open mesh size which gives us the capability to offer belts for all know machine widths on the market today,We have recently introduced our new Tech-Pro CF20130 conveyor belts edge reinforcement which is a patented technology.
This new material is the most advanced PTFE laminate material available and is designed not only to last but to resist cracking over time which is common place with most of the dryer belts available today.
There are a number of fastener types we install to dryer specific belts which include spiral Inox and peek along with kevlar bullnose loops. Both of these designs allow for a strong joint with maximum airflow to maximise drying across the whole area of the belts surface.
Our PTFE dryer belts will operate at 260°C and will work with UV, IR and hot air dryer methods.
We can offer a number of different tracking options that are fitted to the edge of the belts to aid constant belt positioning whilst in the dyer.
These come in the form of studs and costs and can be specified at the design stage.
** Please note that our parts are not Genuine OEM and the use of any machine brand name is to inform you of the machine type our PTFE Mesh belts can be made to fit **
