Replacement Audion D549 Heat Sealing Bands
The Audion D549 is one of the larger machines in Audion’s continuous band sealer range, built for heavy-duty, high-throughput sealing. It seals continuously at speeds up to 20 metres per minute — considerably faster than Audion’s smaller D552-series machines — with sealing temperature adjustable up to 250°C. Standard seal width is 12mm, with an optional 20mm seal available for bags with eurohole or header cards. The integrated conveyor is 25cm wide and rated to carry bags up to 25kg.
