Using Tech-Grip roller coverings is a highly beneficial way of covering rollers to avoid excessive downtime. Our Conveyor belt roller coverings are supplied on rolls at 50mm wide and can easily be spiral wound round a roller to provide extra drive where required. Conveyor Roller Random Covering – Applications

Tech-Grip roller coverings can be used on any conveyor that requires a friction surface to benefit the application of a conveyor belt. Often used to create extra drive on conveyors or simple as a friction surface to aid the flow of a product or material passing over.

Features / Benefits

A normal grit type conveyor roller lagging is better to use where conveyor belts are concerned. This is  due to the extra drive it can provide preventing unnecessary slip on the conveyor drive roller.

PVC Sponge – Micro cellular is ideal for uneven fabrics with its softer forgiving nature it avoids damage to delicate fabrics.

Waffle pattern type laggings are a good where contact with extremely abrasive products is common, such as traditionally woven carpets is likely.
