New Holland Round Baler Belts Techbelt is a manufacturer of aftermarket round baler belts made to fit a wide range of round baler machines available such as New Holland.
Our products are not genuine OEM parts and are aftermarket products which are hand cut and customised to suit your machine. We carry a large amount stock and can dispatch these in 5-7 days from placing your order โ Sooner if required.
We only use the highest quality materials that in our opinion match the quality of genuine dealer parts. The belts come with a MATO clipper fastener for ease of installation
Our New Holland round baler belts are 3-ply construction, approximately 5.5mm thick with a patterned top, and supplied with a MATO clipper fastener for easy installation in the field.
Some baler belts are supplied as “truly endless” โ vulcanised into a continuous loop rather than fitted with a mechanical fastener. We don’t currently offer this type for New Holland machines off the shelf, but if you need this option we’re happy to provide a quote.
** Please note our belts are between 5.2mm and 5.6mm We recommend you check your current baler belt thickness before ordering. If your belt is not the same, then we recommend you do not purchase it. Once manufactured we cannot offer a refund. This is because our belts are bespoke and are made to order.
The belts are sold on the understanding they will be fitted by an experienced and knowledgeable installer. It is imperative that the Mato fastener is joined in such a way as to ensure the edges of both ends are perfectly parallel and in line. It is also critical that the belts are not over-tensioned. If any of the above are not adhered to, this can cause the belts to prematurely fail, track off, or bow.ย **ย
