As a result of our continual investment back in to the business, Techbelt have been able to focus on consistently providing high levels of service to our global customer base. Being the UK’s largest independent manufacture of bespoke PTFE conveyor belts and associated products, we have the manufacturing capacity to provide high quality finished items with super fast lead times.

How are your lead times so short?

This is due to the the size of our facility (over 13000 square feet), specialist machinery that we build in house, and the experienced staff in our manufacturing department. We offer same day dispatch for 90% of our PTFE adhesive tape slit roll orders received that day.

What are your stock levels like?

Over the the last 18 months Techbelt has been investing heavily in stock. This allows lead times to be kept down. Also, as we manufacture all conveyor belts in house we can ship quickly.

We have a vast stock of self adhesive Teflon tapes for same day dispatch. One of our biggest lines would typically consist of around 2000m2 of material in stock at any given time.

What are your prices like?

We can offer the most competitive prices in the market. Don’t believe us, why not try us. Techbelt firmly believes that both price and service is everything and that customers should not have to expect to pay a premium for something that is off the shelf or simply delivered in a speedy manner.

Any plans for the future?

Techbelt is in the process of planing a move within the same complex. This will allow us to add another 1/3 of production to our already large manufacturing space. We aim to be in our new space by November. We will be building new cutting tables and storage so we don’t impact on our current order schedules.
