Techbelt manufactures specialist PTFE release sheets for photovoltaic vacuum laminating.

We can offer a number of thicknesses and grades with the most common being 0.25mm and 0.35mm thick anti static black versions.

Depending of the customer preference, PTFE coated non-stick sheets are supplied with standard coatings as well as more premium grade versions that maybe finished with a high gloss, high protection PFA top coat.

A key feature of the end loops on the PTFE vacuum release sheet that accommodate a fixed bar type system. These are internally lined with a PTFE coated Kevlar for added protection.

This offers an extra later of defence against premature wear from the constant rotation of the drive bars. Our standard width option is 2600mm wide. If a specific width is required
