Skived PTFE Tape

UHMW Film Tape

UHMW film tapes can be used as an abrasion-resistant, anti-stick, anti-friction surface at temperatures up to 82 C. UHMW film tape is frequently used to line chutes and conveyors. This is often applied to guide rails to reduce noise levels in places such as bottling plants. UHMW tape is also used to replace desk drawer bearings to provide silky smooth, friction-free drawer movement.

PTFE zone tapes are made to order. Generally we use either 10mm or 15mm wide double sided tapes down the edges, however we can slit these to your preferred size. We offer two versions of double sided tape. One is standard and one high performance. All rolls come on 30mtr coils or we can break them down to 3 x 10mtr cold for re sale.

PTFE Barrier Tape

PTFE barrier tapes are similar to our ptfe zone tape. They opt for a glass reinforced single sided tape that overhangs the edge. This is supplied with a clear release liner. The standard widths for the glass weave tapes are 15mm & 18mm. We can also offer these with masking tape upon request.

Silicone Sponge Tape

Compressible and flexible, silicone tapes can conform to irregular surfaces. They are often referred to as “instant gasket” — simply unwind material off the roll, strip the release liner and stick into place. The adhesive is a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive ideally suited to high temperatures environments. Rolls are offered on 9mtr long coils.
