Tortilla Press Belt / Tortilla Belts

Our Tortilla Press belt and tortilla belts are manufactured and held in stock at Techbelt ensuring quality is maintained, and lead times are kept to a minimum. We offer and use a number of high performance PTFE Coated Fabrics in our conveyor belt range, depending on the type of machine you are using, we can discuss and specify the best option for you.

We manufacture our PTFE non stick press belts for some of the worlds largest Tortilla production plants and have recently undertaken manufacturing specific conveyor belt welding equipment that has proven to be a huge success in allowing belt change over times to be reduced by at around 50%.

We have recently introduces our new Tech-Pro 400 conveyor belt that has proven to increase belt life by up to 4 times the life of current belts on the Market. Tech-Pro 400 is manufactured from laminating multiple layers of PTFE unsintered films together that result in a highly flexible and durable.

• Extremely flexible and resistant to cracking
• Resists fat ingression
• Elevated operating temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius

Techbelt Tortilla Press Conveyor Belts can be manufactured to suit all makes of Tortilla press equipment on the market including Lawrence & Casa Hererra machines. We can also make Tortilla press conveyor belts to suit and fit all other machine brands currently on the market.

There are a number of materials we use for Tortilla belts which includes a special blue coloured PTFE coated fabric which has a special surface to resist punctures and offer longer life. The other main material that of often seen of Lawrence tortilla press machines is a PTFE belt with a cast film laminate surface.
