Techbelt designs and builds bespoke PTFE welding equipment at our UK facility. All machines are manufactured to order and can be customised to your specification.
PTFE Belt Welding Iron — operates up to 380°C. Used for welding PTFE conveyor belt joints and quick on-site repairs.
PTFE Belt Patching Iron — lightweight iron operating up to 380°C, designed for small welding tasks and patch repairs to PTFE belting in confined or difficult-to-access locations.
PTFE Belt Welding Press (Model BEP-1500) — welds joints on PTFE conveyor belting and edges on both mesh and closed-weave belts. Maximum weld length 1,500mm, maximum temperature 380°C, 2,400W heaters, FESTO pneumatics, powder-coated mild steel frame. Built to order, 6-week lead time. Custom specifications available.
Architectural Membrane Welder (Model AMW-1200) — designed for welding seams on PTFE and silicone-coated tensile membrane structures. 80mm × 1,000mm platen, maximum weld length 1,100mm, maximum temperature 500°C, 4.6kW, Siemens LOGO TD digital control, FESTO pneumatics, powder-coated shot-blast frame with forklift points.
